November, 2009 Dear Red Hook Movie fans, collaborators, and friends: There have been some exciting developments about our horror film, Red Hook, so I wanted to send you a quick update on what is going on. Following a wild festival premiere at the Coney Island Film Festival on October 3rd, we signed a distribution deal with Phase 4 Films, who will be doing DVD, Television, and Digital distribution of Red Hook in North America. The DVD will be available in February. We'll keep you posted as news develops. Director Elizabeth Lucas and Screenwriter Sammy Buck did a recent interview on Blog Talk Radio's program Somewhere In Vegas. They have far too much fun talking about how they created Red Hook, what it's like to make movies in New York, and what (else) they're afraid of. Take a listen.
